Kicking Tips |
Try to kick the footbag in the center parts of the sides or toes of your feet. |
Always keep your eyes on the footbag, turn your neck and/or upper part of your body as required to follow the footbag with your eyes. |
Within a freestyle program or routine, successive rainbows provide a goodrest and centering period between more involved movements. |
Keep your weight on the balls of your feet at all times - be ready. |
When the footbag is in the air return to the basic stance. |
Keep a relaxed body posture, put your energy into your feet (don't clinchyour fists, etc.). |
To help avoid drops, never hold your breath - strive for rhythmic breathing. |
