Stretches
Forward Stretch FORWARD BEND: I stress the stretches that extend the back muscles; the upper body and circular motions of Footbag Dance require that the back be as flexible as possible; this stretch reaches all posterior muscles of the body, keeps legs fit, abdomen and lower back stress-free.
LATERAL STRETCH: Lengthens many of the lateral muscles of the body. Frees muscle tension surrounding the pelvis and lower back.Lateral Stretch
Triangle Pose TRIANGLE POSE: This exercise will keep your leg muscles flexible and stress-free, strengthens and elasticizes the lower back and buttocks.
